Core of RS-Consultancies is Rudsel Schoobaar. Originally from the Dutch Caribbean, he went through the entire neurophysiology tech training (Radboud University Hospital, Nijmegen) and managed a neurophysiology department (Utrecht University Medical Center, Utrecht) in the Netherlands. Since 1991, he left the hospital to work for a number of manufacturers of neurodiagnostic equipment. His roles went from Sales Engineer to Clinical Business Director EMEA. His total experience in the clinical neurophysiology business spans more than 45 years!
